Force yourself to cry (vent)

I ligit have to force myself to cry, I laugh until I cry because if I don't I get really depressed for like a weak. I cant normally cry just because I'm sad, I had cryed myself to sleep for 3 years and because I did it hurts now because when I'm sad I can't cry...
